It is proposed that regions have their own Round Table made up of representatives from sub regions. In other words the region may be split into counties or even cities depending on its size or population. Each of these sub regions would have their own representative on the Regional Round Table (RRT). Each region will have its own web pages with details of its representatives and the spiritual workers in that region. Regions can use these to advertise events and other things that they consider important. Members of the public can use these pages to find a spiritual worker or service in their area.

Providing the Regions observe and abide by the Code of Conduct, the Constitution and the aims and objectives of the SWA, they will be more or less autonomous. They will run their own elections, organise their own meetings and ways of advertising the SWA in their area. They will also act as the first point of contact for new and prospective members and as mediators in the first stage of any disputes and complaints.

There are already Regional Organisers setting up Round Tables is the USA, Australia, Canada, South America, British Overseas Territories, the Netherlands, Austria, India, Spain, Pakistan and Israel.
